Cloud, platform, security and AI on AWS, Google Cloud and OCI

Engineers who run cloud, platform and AI in production. We make yours work, automate what your team repeats, and keep improving it.

Sound familiar?

Your cloud is critical. Nobody runs it full-time.

  • A security review is holding a deal.

Your buyer sent a questionnaire. The answers live in three people's heads.

    make it work
  • The bill jumped and nobody can say why.

Spend grew faster than usage, and the tags don't tell the story.

    improve it
  • A migration is due.

The platform outgrew the setup, and the people who built it moved on.

    make it work
  • Everyone wants AI in their workflow.

Nobody has decided what it may touch, or who approves what it does.

    automate it

How we work

Three verbs. Four practices. One team that stays.

  1. Make it work.
  2. Automate it.
  3. Improve it.

Cloud and security

Architecture you can explain, and a security review you can pass.

Architecture and migration between clouds, networking done properly, and the controls a buyer's security team asks for: IAM, logging, encryption, OWASP, hardened images.

Platform engineering, DevOps and AI

Everything your team does twice becomes code — or an agent.

Gitflow, CI/CD, Kubernetes and infrastructure as code reviewed like application code. Then agentic workflows that take the repetitive work, with a human approving what matters.

Cost, observability and data

A bill that stops surprising, and dashboards someone reads.

Rightsizing and commitments, alerts that page for a reason, data platforms your analysts trust — and the same engineers running it month after month.

Where every engagement starts

The Make-It-Work Assessment

Two to three weeks. A fixed scope and a fixed price.

We go deep on what made you call: the deal, the bill, the migration or the AI rollout. Then we scan the other three pillars, so nothing surprises you later.

What you get

  • A ranked list of findings, each with evidence and the fix.
  • A plan your own team can run, with or without us.
  • A fixed quote for the work, if you want us to do it.

Five findings, or it's free.

If we don't find at least five concrete risks or savings you didn't know about, you don't pay. And the plan is yours, with us or without us.

Proof

What we already run.

  • A US SaaS platform, in production with us since 2024.

An active engagement. Client name withheld.

  • An AWS to Google Cloud migration, delivered.

Executed end to end for that same platform.

  • A client's vendor security review, passed.

We prepared the security dossier and the DPA.

  • Our own AI work framework, in daily use.

Agents help us operate, with a person approving what matters.

Founded by an engineer with ten years running production cloud.

Before you ask.

Which clouds do you work on?

AWS, Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud (OCI). We recommend the one that fits your workload, not the one that is easiest for us.

How much does it cost?

The assessment has a fixed price, quoted after the first call against what you actually run. Projects after it are scoped the same way: a fixed number with an end date. Ongoing operation is a monthly agreement.

Will you replace my team?

No. We work alongside them and leave everything as code and runbooks in your repositories. Your team owns it.

What happens after the assessment?

You keep the plan. If you want, we fix what we found, and we can stay to run it month to month. No obligation.

Tell us what's breaking.

A 30-minute call. You leave knowing what we'd fix first.
